Our third General Membership Meeting of the year was held on Thursday. Thanks to all of you who came out! It's been a busy season with Eager Reader (over 11,000 minutes read!), Dine with Sunny Hills at the Ram (we made $800), Science Fair (171 students participated - 25% more than last year), an Art Walk, the Barnes and Noble Book Fair, and always a favorite After School Movie. Thank you to all the volunteers and Chairs who make these events so successful! We couldn't do it without you.
As discussed at the General Membership Meeting last night, planning for our biggest fundraiser has begun. This year the Walk-a-Thon wants all our students to BE A SUNNY HILLS 12! We have some exciting changes coming this year, so stay tuned. In the meantime, check out the Walk-a-Thon fundraising goal and how the PTA uses all the money it raises here.
