Have you been collecting Box Tops and Labels for Education labels all summer and are dreading taping each one to the collection sheet? Good News! We're trying something new this fall. Just drop your labels and box tops all in the bag that was sent home on Thursday, and be sure your student and teacher’s names are clearly printed on the sheet inside the bag. Each student will receive a Free Popcorn certificate for the first 10 Box Tops submitted. If you already taped your box tops to the old collection sheets, go ahead and send those in with your student. Questions? Contact Emily Loney firstname.lastname@example.org
Dancing Through the Decades
We are in the midst of planning for our fall family social, Dancing through the Decades, which will be on November 14th. We need a few more volunteers to help with publicity, setting up/taking down and supervising the event. Please contact Katelyn Shriber to sign up at email@example.com.
Food Drive Nov. 3rd-14th
Sunny Hills has a long tradition of supporting our community through food and money donations to the Issaquah Food Bank at Thanksgiving time. This year we will collect donations in the classrooms from Monday, November 3rd through Friday, November 14th. Have your child bring their donation to school and place it in the basket in their classroom. An additional collection will be made at the Dancing Through the Decades dance on Friday the 14th. Please join us in making this Thanksgiving a full one for those in need in our community! For more information and ideas on what to donate, click here. Questions? Contact Stacy Jarvis.
Mixed Bag and Brax Spirit Cup Fundraiser
Save the Date! Mixed Bag Designs and Brax Spirit Cups Sales…
Since we often need to bring our own bags to stores in our community, Sunny Hills PTA is offering Mixed Bags to our school again this year. While the PTA will sell bags all year long on the PTA website, we are offering a special campaign from October 17th – 29th, which allows you to purchase Mixed Bags and pay no shipping or sales tax. Additionally, the PTA earns a larger percentage of sales during this time – money that helps fund our many PTA programs! We're also adding Brax Spirit Cups to our fundraiser this year allowing you to show support for your favorite teams and support our PTA at the same time!
