Dear Mustang Families,

There are many things we don’t know about the 2020-2021 school year. We do know the Sunny Hills PTA will be here for our community. The PTA will support academic needs, decisions impacting your child’s health, safety and quality of education. As this school year will be different, the activities of the PTA will also be different.

We traditionally run a highly successful fall fundraiser with classroom competitions and prizes. Unfortunately, we won't be able to run this fundraiser. Many programs, events and volunteer needs/opportunities will be cancelled and/or significantly altered. Due to these changes, the PTA board of directors has reduced the 2020-2021 operating budget. Only essential programs and support for the Sunny Hills staff will be funded.

Your support will allow the PTA to continue to offer programs such as:

• Educational Enrichment Grants
• Eager Reader
• Raz Kids & Brain Pop Subscriptions
• Reflections
• Community Outreach Support
• Financial support for each teacher and specialist for classroom enrichment, in person or remote.

We invite you to join us because we can do more together than apart. There is no wrong or right way to be involved. Whether it is time or money, (even if it is only the membership fee), anything you can give will support your child’s potential and the Sunny Hills community.
