There are many ways to actively support the funding of critical PTA programs at Sunny Hills Elementary. Active fundraisers are those that we plan and coordinate ourselves, with 100% of the funds going directly to the PTA.

Show your Mustang Pride by wearing the latest Mustang Spirit Wear and supporting PTA-funded programs at the same time! Orange Ruler Full Run
Your Sunny Hills PTA will be hosting an Orange Ruler Fall Fun Run on September 27, 2024. To generate excitement, we’ll kick off the event with student assemblies on September 16th, 2024. In the weeks between these dates, we’ll have fun classroom competitions with exciting prizes for the winners.
Fundraising is a crucial part of our Orange Ruler Fall Fun Run. Our goal for this event is $42,000. Each classroom will have its own fundraising target based on the number of students. The Sunny Hills PTA will continue partnering with Orange Ruler, and we aim to broaden our fundraising efforts while minimizing the volunteer hours required to ensure the program’s success.
The Fall Scholastic Book Fair is coming soon! This event offers a wide selection of books, giving kids the opportunity to choose what excites and inspires them to read more. It also shows children that reading is both important and fun! Funds raised at the Book Fair support literacy programs at Sunny Hills and help us acquire new books for our library and the Eager Reader program.
